Artist Statement – Habanero Pepper Still Life Art
This painting is 20* 15 cm or 7.87*5.9 inches of oil on unprimed canvas .This painting is a part of the Art Challenge series painted on day 22.I have used Alla Prima techniques to finish the painting .
The setup is taken from my kitchen utility to canvas . This subject Habanero Pepper is not a part of everyday indian diet but yes it may be an essential one for those interested in more spicy food.I must admit that, I had a burning sensation when I was composing it .Afterall the art happens in the mind of the person seeing them.
