Artist Statement – Metals And Onions Still Life Art
This painting is 40*50 cm or 15.748*19.685 inches of oil on canvas .I have a habit of gathering antique stuff . Wherever I travel I collect a lot of antique stuff, not reasonably expensive ones . This still life was painted during Covid time, setting up the light and arranging the metals, the onions ,garlic ,grapes ,and flowers . The bell comes from the temple stand in my home which had broken. I used it also as a part of the composition.
